Moving on to Day 9, I’ve discovered a distillery I normally would not think of thanks to my friend, WhiskyMonster. With just three whisky producing distilleries in Campbeltown, this Glen Scotia, comes in strong with a very young (7 year) whisky specially, selected for California, but bottled at cask strength. Producing incredibly fruity and sweet toffee notes with caramel apples, fresh cranberries and orange peel. You’ll get hints of cinnamon spice as well.
